First of all, D4L stands for Down 4(for) Life. Just in case some of you guys didn't know. D4L is a well known group from Atlanta, Georgia. They perform and rap everywhere. D4L group members consist of Lil' Mark, Mook B, Fabo, Stoney Man. They have now signed to So So Def I think. Two of their members were previously incarerated so they were on hold for a little while but when Fabo got out he said that he wasn't going to let it die down. So he came out with the song, "Laffy Taffy." That song has everybody everywhere shaking their Laffy Taffy. This song gets much club and radio play. Actually it is a club joint. Something to shake your booty to was what it was. Then when Lil' Mark got out he wasn't playing no games either. Lil'Mark has been rapping since he has been in high school. He was in another group a long time before they began D4L. When he got out he got right to work. Photo shoots, writing, and recording were what was on his mind. He also had a little one that he knew he had to go see, his little girl that was born while he was locked up. Even though he did get to see her from time to time he didn't reallt get to play with her like he wanted to. But know that all changed. And she loves her father. Mook B their producer and group member is quite intriguing.
